Please send your watch to the JW Service Center at the address below and include the  form filled completely out.

Please do not send it in its original box as we cannot guarantee the return of the shipping container. Be sure to cushion the watch with bubble pack and enclose the form filled out and make sure you insure your watch for its full value. PLEASE IF POSSIBLE SEND UPS OR FED-EX
