Your watch is warranted to the owner for a period of one year from original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to case, crystal, strap, bracelet and water damage. The Case and Bracelet are sold as is. This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
